Linabo Mission School Project

Linabo is an isolated village in the rainforest south west of the city of Cagayan De Ora

Golden Friendships partnering with Seekfirst Ministries provided approximately 30 solar lamps to the community who live without the luxury of electricity.

Linabo Village has also hosted two Sulads Missionaries funded by ADRA, who have lived and worked in the community for a year to assist the community in teaching at the school and many other community building projects. Future projects are planned for the village.

Hillsview Church Extension

The Hillsview church were challenged by their conference (North-Central Mindanao) to raise 500 thousand Pesos (approx $11,500 AUD.) before the conference would match the money raised to extend their church building. With generous donations from Australia, the U.S and local fund raising efforts, they reached that total this month (June 2026)

They are now in full build mode and expect the extensions and renovations to be completed by september.

Hillsview church is nestled in the middle of private housing and run a vibrant childrens program for these families surrounding them.
